Classes are offered on an ongoing basis and beginners may start at any time. If you are interested in Aikido, you are welcome to visit Eastshore Aikikai and observe a class. You may take your first Aikido class for free. Please call in advance (510-223-2025) and come to class wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothes. You should not wear any jewelry.
